These Terms and Conditions Are Part Of the Digital Course Contract - That Must Be Signed Before Accessing The Secure Contents Of The Site.

Personal Use of Data

Any digital course being granted a membership of is the sole property of Eduora, and a direct possession of Eduora. None of the courses are being SOLD to the client. Instead, they are being given an access for strict personal use of the material for the mentioned time period.  Thus, the customer/client must stick to the usage guidelines of the product. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, the following aspects:

  1. The usage of the products is strictly personal. Personal, in this context, means a single person digital access to the product without any form of sharing with any other person or party.
  2. Each client is allowed to view the product, individually, through the relevant access portal. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to share your access of the product with any other person or party. This restriction includes, but is not restricted to, your friends, family, peer group, class mates, any organization etc. Sharing or multiple logins will lead to ban of the account from the portal with no refund or compensation. It will also lead to legal proceedings against the said client.
  3. Only digital, through the portal, use of the product is acceptable. No client possesses the liberty to convert the data from the portal into any other shape or form. Thus, downloading or printing the data for personal use, distribution or reselling is prohibited. Also, the client is prohibited to take screenshot, record a video, take a snapshot or record their screen while on the product’s access portal or while using the product. Doing any of these acts would be considered a piracy of the content, plagiarism of the data, a violation of the Copyrights Law and an attempt at financial embezzlement.
  4. The product must not be used, in parts or as a whole, by any other person or organization than the client himself. The client must login to his portal himself.
  5. Each client is responsible for the safety of their portals. Providing unauthorized access to someone, or someone gaining unauthorized access to the account- or any form of fraudulent activity carried out from the account of the client would result in direct action being taken against the client.
  6. The following acts are prohibited in particular
    1. Taking pictures or screenshots of the content
    2. Recording videos or screen-videos of the content
    3. Downloading content videos
    4. Sharing content in written form with someone.
    5. Sharing your accounts login with someone.
    6. Multiple access of the account.
    7. Sharing content methodologies with someone.
    8. Giving forum access to anyone.

Content Policy

Eduora, and its instructors, are under complete legal standing to alter their offering, courses, course materials, course policies and general contract terms and policies at any point. Signing this contract makes it binding for the client to be bound to any further future changes. Some specific content policy terms are as follows:

  1. Plagiarizing or quoting the content of this platform, in any way or method, is strictly forbidden with legal consequences.
  2. Clients are not allowed to plagiarize or reproduce in any form any part, paragraph, video or snippet of the content.
  3. All content can be changed, removed or added at any point by the instructors or administrators of Eduora.
  4. Course offerings, course materials or course contents can be altered at any point by Eduora without prior notice or compensation.
  5. Subscription methods, and terms are all subject to change as per the will of Eduora.
  6. Course offerings and contents can be delayed by Eduora and its instructors on the basis of business decisions and management, without prior notice or any compensation.

 

Refund Policy

The refund policy of the firm is strict. It has been designed to avoid any form of exploitation of the firm’s instructors. Thus:

  1. Refunds are only accessible if a client has not yet enrolled for the class. In case of memberships, refunds can only be taken if the client has not enrolled for ANY of the courses offered in the membership. Enrollment in course nullifies the possibility to take a refund.
  2. Refunds can only be taken within 5 days of the original payment. Failure to fill the official refund claim during this time will result in the nullification of any later refund claim.
  3. Refunds are not allowed for dissatisfaction of content. Each subject provides comprehensive demos for the client to consider, along with an outline of how the course shall progress. The client must fully satisfy themselves regarding the courses before initiating any purchase. Eduora offers e-mail and phone support in case of any ambiguities.
  4. Refunds are not provided for cancellation of any subscription in between.

Subscription Policy

The platform offers subscriptions to clients as a means to be able to view the content. The following aspects are focal of the subscriptions being offered:

  1. Each subscription is available for a definite time period, that is mentioned at the time of the subscription purchase.
  2. Each subscription has periodic payments. Failure to make these payments on time will result in the cancellation or suspension of the subscription.
  3. Each subscription is individual. A client is prohibited from sharing subscriptions with other people.
  4. Advance payments for future subscription are allowed.
  5. Each subscription allows limited, personal, digital and online use of the product.

Payments Policy

Each payment must be completed in the method and demeanor mentioned on the order. Failure to make payments in the mentioned ways shall result in payment cancellation. Clients must:

  1.  Ensure all payments are made within the time frame mentioned. In case of no certain mention, the time for any payment is 1 business day.
  2. Each payment’s confirmation must reach Eduora in the prescribed manner. The payment confirmation, reaching in any other manner, shall be annulled with no refund.
  3. Payments must be made in the exact amounts mentioned on the invoices.
  4. Failure to make the payments in the country of residence’s value or using a fake IP address to show a fake country shall result in cancellation of any subscription, course or membership without prior or succeeding notice, and any compensation.
  5. Payments are to be made using legal channels only.
  6. All payments are direct. For students who are underage, parents or guardians may make the payment.

Behavior Policy

Eduora is a formal project, with the aim of formalizing online education. As such, behavioral matters are dealt with strictly at the platform. Any deviation from standard, formal behavior, in any way, shall result in the termination of the account without any payment or notice. The deviations from behavior include, but are not limited to,

  1. Making a sexist remark on the platform, in any manner.
  2. Using ambiguous or double meaning words, phrases or exclamations.
  3. Abusing, cursing. swearing or using foul language.
  4. Disrespecting the instructor on their remarks.
  5. Passing negative, racist or hurtful remarks.
  6. Ridiculing the teacher or any member on the platform.
